Individual & team coaching
We offer individual coaching for leaders, executives and SME business owners. In all cases we are cognisant that we are coaching the person and supporting them for change.
Coaching programmes are bespoke and driven by your needs; they can be flexed and adapted to deliver what is right for you. Generally a coaching package consists of four to six sessions of ninety minutes.
Tools and techniques used include emotional intelligence; personality profiling; positive psychology; strengths profiling; 360 degree feedback; and NLP techniques.
Teamwork and collaboration can bring better results as a collective, particularly if the team is diverse and there is a good level of trust.
Coaching can help teams to raise performance; to understand dysfunctional behaviour in teams; to build engagement and commitment.
Team coaching is supported by the use of psychometrics such as EQ-i 2 (emotional intelligence) and strengths profile. We help teams understand their common purpose and have clear alignment with the organisation’s values. We can help your team to work better together and harness the power of collective thinking and collaboration.
Leadership development workshops
We offer leadership development workshops, which are bespoke to your requirements. Workshops have included:

- Having great conversations
- The importance of building relationships
- Barriers to women in leadership
- Developing your emotional intelligence
- Wellbeing for leaders
We also speak at forums, conferences and networking events on topics we are passionate about. A recent engagement was the IA 2017 Conference (Institute of Internal auditors).
Culture review & development
The culture of your business drives everything that you and your team do. The tone is set from the top of the organisation, through behaviours, communication and documentation you use. Are these things aligned to reflect, encourage and shape the type of culture you want?

We can review the culture as it stands today through the use of culture workshops and surveys and help you to envisage how you want it to be.
