Coaching is a partnership. It can bring about the change you desire and makes you more cognisant of your behaviour and the impact it has on others. During this period of change your coach provides you with the support and challenge you need to succeed.
Coaching is client led, focusing on what you want to work on. It can relate to any number of issues, some examples being:
- Developing and adapting your leadership style
- Understanding your self-imposed limits and limiting beliefs
- Improving relationships within or with your team
- Improving prioritisation and decision making
- Career progression
- Career transitions
- First 100 days in post
- Improved gravitas/personal impact
It is a partnership of equals, where you will not be judged and you will be supported and challenged to bring about change. We help you to become the best version of yourself.
We aim to open your eyes to things you were not previously aware of and help you to understand what is stopping you from achieving your goals and take action for change.
We help you to raise your self-awareness and understand the impact of your behaviour on others.
We will also support you to move outside of your comfort zone and challenge yourself. We believe your biggest growth can come from doing things that “scare you”.
We use a variety of tools, focusing on emotional intelligence assessment using the EQ-i model, personality profiling, positive psychology, and strengths.
Most importantly we listen to you and ask questions that will develop and challenge your thinking.
Our delivery methods are face to face; Skype/Zoom online platforms; and telephone. We believe everyone is capable of great things and we are here to help you realise your potential.

Alison is a remarkably perceptive and intuitive coach.
